Wayne’s as friendly in his personal life as he is in business. For this reason, many of his business associates have become life-long personal friends. He’s always looking for the next big challenge, whether it’s a problem to solve or a difficult journey turning these challenges into opportunities for discovery. He’s always loved the outdoors and outside of work he spends time, fishing, off-roading, scuba diving, and golfing with family and friends.

Beyond amplifying business results, inventing patented material handling products, creating long term customers and strengthening material handling partners, most know Wayne for his smile and fun attitude. Wayne has been in his current custom project director role at ITC for the last 21 years, which has allowed him to design custom projects for top customers including one of the world’s largest online retailers and the largest furniture retailer.
